30 Day Money Back Guarantee
We are proud to offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all WeBoost, Wilson & SureCall products. If the product does not meet your expectations, you may return it to our service depot for a full refund. Proof of purchase is required in order for a refund to be fulfilled, and all items must be returned in the package. Missing items will be deducted from the refund, fairly determined at our discretion.
All Wilson & WeBoost products are covered by a 2 year warranty and SureCall products are covered by a 3 year warranty for defects in product performance or workmanship/materials. To begin the warranty process, first contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You will then be supplied with warranty return form, which is to be filled out and returned to email@example.com. Once the form is approved, you will receive an RA# and the shipping information for our service depot. Products are then to be shipped to our service depot with a dated proof of purchase and all original components. Any missing or replaced pieces in a "kit" can void your warranty.
This warranty does not apply to any Signal Boosters or kits determined by the manufacturer to have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, or mishandling that alters or damages physical or electronic properties.
- Failure to use a surge protected AC Power Strip with at least a 1000 Joule rating will void your warranty.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. After that, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. The next step is to contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
To return your product, send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping information.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
